On 9 December 2025, Cereals Canada held its annual seminar on the quality of the Canadian durum wheat harvest at CERIC’s headquarters. Figures from the cereal sector discussed trends and prospects for the Canadian durum wheat market. The organisation presented its annual report on the 2025 harvest, highlighting the quality and functionality of this wheat. Professionals also discussed the challenges and opportunities of producing and marketing it, particularly given growing demand for high-quality durum wheat products. CERIC, a centre of the National Federation of Flour Milling, hosted the meeting; FNM’s publication is dated 11 December 2025.
