At the end of March 2026 in Paris, on the sidelines of the 17th Matinée Export held at the Maison de la Mutualité, the National Federation of Flour Milling (FNM) and the French national association of milling (ANMF) signed an agreement creating the Franco-Moroccan Millers’ Friendship Circle. FNM states that the initiative is meant to bring the two institutions closer, open new prospects for international collaboration and encourage discussion of the issues facing the global cereal trade. The Moroccan delegation included the president and first vice-president of FNM, the president of FNCL and the director general of ONICL.
